Return and Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns on subscriptions or items included in subscription boxes. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or missing from your shipment. If an item arrives damaged or is missing from your box, send an email to info@daydreamersbox.com within 7 days of delivery and we will mail you a replacement item at no cost to you. If the item is damaged, you may be asked to email us a photo of the item, which will be used to improve quality assurance processes. Replacements are approved at the sole discretion of Day Dreamers Box. All attempts will be made to replace your item with an identical or similar item.
We are not responsible for damage that occurs due to weather, shipping, and handling, or which occurs after the carrier has delivered your package.
Subscription items are non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription any time before the 1st of the shipping month (February, April, June, August, October, December). Subscriptions received after the 1st of the month will be effective on the following shipping month.
